Court Filings
Paper remains the official form of filing. We love our land, so all paper is shredded and recycled for other use. For now, we do not accept electronic filings. This gives all indians and non-indians a fair opportunity to reach our court system. Additional information about the system is available in the documents below. Any other questions on these issues can be directed to the Clerk’s Office or info.clerk@courtofindianoffenses.org. Attorneys, Pro Se, Sui Juris, Counsulars must file a Notice of your appearance before the Court. If you are a practicing attorney, permission to appear before the BAR, be advised that you must know and overstand our Court Rules in order to proceed before us. The following filing fees apply to Supreme Court Cases:

| Certified Copies | $10.00 up to 20 pages, $1.00 each add'l page. Client is responsible for postage costs. |
