Court Filings

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Royal Tribal Supreme Consular Court for Indian Offenses DOES NOT represent “clients”.
COURT ADMINISTRATION AND FILING: Paper remains the official form of filing. We love our land, so all paper is shredded and recycled for other use. For now, we do not accept electronic filings. This gives all indians and non-indians a fair opportunity to reach our court system. Additional information about the system is available below. Any other questions about these issues can be directed to the Clerk’s Office by emailing info.clerk@courtofindianoffenses.org.
Attorneys, Pro Se, Sui Juris, Counselors must file a Notice of your appearance before the Court. If you are a practicing attorney, permission to appear before the BAR, be advised that you must know and overstand our Court Rules in order to proceed before us.
